Ratings and reviews

As you may see from other reviews, the billing system in the app is either broken or at least not stable. It often rejects payments and even if they claim to receive you payment it may not be the case. In this manner they just lost 80 euro for my unlimited plan. And that's only one example of its serious issues.

Low quality, slow, expensive. Internet is very bad. App is old and not updated. The top-up amount cannot be modified - only fixed amounts. There are few option for internet packages. Does not work in Switzerland. A lot of places in Germany internet/network is slow or absent. A lot of pages in the app are only in German. Could not dowload the app from Google account opened in Uzbekistan, although I was in Germany. The updates (balance, gigabytes) in the app are made in 5 minutes.

Half English, half German. Authentication is often a pain (you need the password to see your invoices but not too spend money on options). Plus, the UX is not intuitive. Room to improve but it mostly works. Unfortunately, the data it collects is insane. I'm sure an app I use to check my available data plan doesn't need to know my battery, available storage or location...
