this app has many bugs . When you try to create an ALIAS through Cliq settings, the app is closed by itself. the suppliers' names are not completely clear. although I call the customer service but they are not experienced and not that helpful. the only way to comuicate them is by WhatsApp, and you need to wait for 4 minutes or more to get a response, and if didn't answer within about 15 seconds they closed the chat and you need to start over.

The bank claims to be digital, while a lot of it's processes are done manually. The only thing that is digital is it's registration.

First of all, I was excited to pay almost on everything and earn points. But unfortunately, after around a month of usage, it turns out there are lots of critical issues happening, I mention two of them. 1. I used the app to pay an electricity invoice, money got deducted while code number didn't appear as a result of payment. 2. A few days later, I tried to pay my Telephone (paltel) invoice from outside Reflect app, money got deducted while invoice remained open. Technical support is very bad!!
