I won't recommend this application to anyone who wants a hassle-free food delivery. Unfortunately, I was forced to install and use this application while I moved to another location, and faced this problem during my second order and delivery. The delivery rider was unable to reach my area, where the predecessor could find me and deliver the food on time. I lost my time and cash, even if that's none of my fault.

Please don't subscribe to their plan. It is just trying to fool customers. After I subscribed, the restaurant I preferred was listed in my subscription only for a day. The next day the same restaurant had Delivery Charges and was put in the most expensive Subscription Plan. It is like a scam.

Not good at all ...I ordered once , but I didn't receive the order due to some delivery issue..So the customer service cancelled the order but I never received the refund..last I checked the application I got the -197 in my wallet. when I communicate with the customer service they said it's penalty because I cancelled the order.....hmm, no comment..they cancelled my order, I didn't receive the food but I have to pay double Update: The customer service reached me immediately and solve the issue.
