About this app

Aro keeps track of your contraceptive ring and reminds you on the day to insert
or remove it, at the time you choose.

WHAT IT DOES

• Tells you what is due and how many days are left, with nothing else in the way.
• Schedules the next few months of reminders in one go, so they arrive even if
you never open the app again.
• A second reminder the same day, in case the first one catches you busy.
• Discreet mode: your lock screen does not say what it is about.
• Continuous use, with no ring-free week, from the very start.
• Any date can be corrected backwards or forwards, as many times as you need.

WHAT YOUR LEAFLET SAYS

When something falls outside the schedule — the ring out for more than three
hours, a longer ring-free interval, more than four weeks in place — Aro shows you
the verbatim quote from the product information for that situation, with the
agency that publishes it, the exact section and a link to the official document.

Aro does not interpret or summarise those quotes. It cannot tell you whether you
are still protected, and it does not try.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

No account. No cloud. No ads. No analytics. What you log stays on the device, and
if you delete the app it goes with you.

ONE PAYMENT, THAT IS ALL

Aro has no subscription. You pay once and it works in full, reminders included.

Aro counts the days and reminds you. It is not medical advice and cannot tell you
whether you are protected: for that, read your ring leaflet or talk to your
doctor or pharmacist.
Contraceptive ring reminder. No ads, no account, nothing leaves your phone.

• A calendar to log the days you forgot to log at the time.
• No account, no internet, no ads: everything stays on your phone.
