The app signs out every once in a while, which is a problem when we run out of data and need to recharge through the app. Since we’re signed out, we can't log in using free data. Also, it sometimes forces an update, which we can't do without data, leaving us stuck. We don’t always have access to the SIM, so we rely on the app. Please fix this issue.

Hi. We have been experiencing an error like refrence for several weeks, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The cause of the error is unknown, and it continues to affect scratch card recharges. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

never buy a data package from aciacell, it's either extremely expensive or extremely slow, never buy data packages on the special packages tab it's real name is the scam packages tab ,i bought the special package of unlimited internet for 2 months but it doesn't have 4G unlocked and im locked to 3G which is as slow as a turtle ,im saying this so you don't have face the same fate as me and waste your important money
