The company stole my money by providing me with SIM that they claimed it's activated and requested the money for the bundle after taking a photo of all my information, personal photo, and enter all the information again manually in the booth at the exit of Basrah Airport. They refused to return the money or provide the service that I paid for. Don't deal with them and avoid being mugged by them.

Very poor customer service. Argumentative in live chat, seriously haven't seen such a lack of courtesy or this level of ineptitude from customer service. I'm highly annoyed it's the only service available in iraq... this company is corrupt, just like the rest of the country, they advertise 4g speeds but you're getting dial up speeds instead, and almost every night at midnight the service is less than 10 KBPS. CS chat says the same BS over and over, zero help.
