Over the next 21 days, you will work with a metabolic expert, to learn how your body works, by understanding how your gut reacts to various stimuli. You will see the impact certain foods, actions and states of mind can affect your glucose levels, and therefore your physical and mental well being.

On this 21 day journey, you will be guides by our Aspect Certified personal metabolic expert, they will guide you through the entire experience including the process of applying the sensor, using the app, understanding your readings, and of course will help guide you into actually integrating these learnings that will benefit you for years to come.

So far extremely frustrating to work with the PCOS program I am paying for. They kept sending me wrong tracking information for my kit. The kit arrived and has 1 sensor and applicator with nothing else. Not even the logo sticker to put over the sensor on your arm. It also took days for my coach to speak to me and then she sent a calendar link for scheduling that isn't even valid. So far this program has been super frustrating to work with, feels like a SCAM because it has SO MANY Issues.

So I got my cgm today finally had time to sit down real quick and download the app. And its not working. When it gets to the screen to enter phone number it says "No data to show. We cant send sms on this number. Please check your number and try again". My number is entered correctly. It's the same number that I received texts from aspect doc. I dont understand it. Super frustrated because only way to contact them is support email and they took forever respond before. Really disappointed.

They don't say, but you actually receive a report detailing your body's response to various glucose stimuli and how to live a better longer life. I've learned how to ensure I'm at a stable glucose level all day and as a result am actually feeling less sluggish, more energetic and highly motivated - Kudos to coach Kristina who helped me throughout my journey!!
