Ratings and reviews

Never succeeded in setting up, can't get rid of the subscription. There's no account tab or anything showing in the app to end subscription, even though I got to the last step of setup about a dozen times and it wouldn't take my info, so I never had access to the tools. It's still trying to charge renewal fees and I can't even find an option to modify/cancel in the app, on their website, or in the emails I've gotten.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Spent money on a 3 month subscription and a CGM, the CGM isn't showing up as an item I've purchased, there was no receipt sent, but it has been taken out of my bank account. To top it off, customer service is non existent. The AI bot says that a live agent will be with me very soon in the chat room, but they never showed up. This is a complete waste of time and money. I also tried cancelling which there is a fee to cancel early and the cancellation process doesn't even work.

So I got my cgm today finally had time to sit down real quick and download the app. And its not working. When it gets to the screen to enter phone number it says "No data to show. We cant send sms on this number. Please check your number and try again". My number is entered correctly. It's the same number that I received texts from aspect doc. I dont understand it. Super frustrated because only way to contact them is support email and they took forever respond before. Really disappointed.
