I have added my sister's profile in Christian Matrimony and paid for assisted service for a package of 3 months. I have been assigned a relationship manager named Dannasi Krishnaveni. I work in a bank I will only be available during my lunch time, which is 2PM, but she calls whenever she wishes. I have login issue with the app. Not resolved till date. Last week I have not received not even one call from her. Even I have showed them through screen recording that I am not able to login.

All the one star reviews are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. Do not buy assisted service. I've had more luck with the self service app. The lead at assisted service just confirmed that all Relationship managers (RM) are of same quality so changing RMs is not going to help either. I have stopped my service and getting pennies on the dollar as reimbursement. Oh and yes....after 3 months of assisted service - zero prospects. Don't waste your money or time for this.

Very bad experience. They take money for a 6 months gave service for 5 months. Not worth money . App half of the time not working. The relationship manager goes on leave for his wedding and for some other works, during that time no one replaces, nor give extended service. Feedback from relationship manager is almost nil.Many profiles exists without proper contact no or email add or which we declined or other party declined. We had really bad experience. I won't recommend this for anyone
