quality of the items are getting worse and worse. I just bought an onion with mold today. took a photo and request a refund, but they just deny it and rejected my request, said it was fine. i have been using astro from 2022 if im not mistaken, and the quality of the items was way better & fresher back then. guess i wont use astro as much moving forward, unless it's an emergency.

This app does not allow cust to make changes or cancel order once it is placed, no matter how fast you are on it. It's super ridiculous sometimes, cause ppl makes mistakes, I want to have the option to change delivery time when I order something at 3am.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Picked 30 minutes delivery above Rp100.000 and get free ongkir. But, after 2 hours, my package is not delivered yet, AND THEY GIVE ME NO COMPENSATION FOR WASTING MY TIME TO WAIT FOR IT. Wow, better just buy it in the nearest supermarket if I have to wait 2 hours.
