Layanan pelanggan sangat buruk. The customer service is terrible. The drivers don't deliver the order to you personally. The driver runs away after taking a picture, and customer service can't reach him. The focus is on getting the order delivered before the deadline, but it doesn't matter if the order is actually delivered or not. I have 107,000 and I can't get my money back. I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.

Great way to shop if you somehow can't. Fee is affordable, and time arrival is ok.

App layout doesn't load properly most of the time. Clicking on and off the app doesn't help, I have to force stop it manually if I want it to work again and even then it's a temporary fix
