Ratings and reviews

Still won't connect to my headset and keeps saying timed out. It'll connect straight to Bluetooth on my phone but not in the app so I can't change any settings! Such a shame because the sound quality is second to none it's literally the best headset you can buy but the app just doesn't work and when you pay $750 for a product this should not happen

This app does not work with my a30s on android 13/14. The a30s features of multiple platform communication never works. The headset always syncs to your phone and using it for xbox/ps/pc wirelessly constantly disconnects microphone communications. So you need your phone to use them then can't use your phone and repeat. Logitech doesn't care to fix. Been this way for years pushing ewaste. Every issue is from their poor software in apps which they never fix or admit to. Return the products.....

App wont connect to A50x using a Xiaomi 14 Ultra despite phone connecting fine via Bluetooth and playing audio? App just times out trying to connect? Update. Pleased to say that since the latest update, the app is connecting flawlessly with the 14 Ultra. Now we just need custom EQ names to be shown in the app and even better, the ability to download them via the app 😉
