⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience It has been over a month since I received the Atomberg Purufire, and it was defective from the very beginning. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, I still haven’t received a proper solution or a replacement. Very disappointing product and after-sales service. I would not recommend buying it

Buggy product. not able to add product to the app again. once paired and deleted - can't be added again via different wifi. this is such a basic operation. even "help reset" option doesn't work. I purchased it looking at your marketing and conviction in the product but you guys have to work on your software and real use cases as well. Don't know if this app was even tested well or not.

Poor experience using the app. Most of the times it shows device is unresponsive even when the Bluetooth, wifi etc are all properly connected. Either there is a problem in the app or in their fans.
