I would say this App provides 90% of features which a normal consumer would expect. Few things I felt which were short are, Not many widgets and those which are available aren't good, For power users; the controls and features seem very basic and bland and they expect more options. Still a very solid app and easily integrates with the fan or other atomberg appliances you have

I am using atomberg water purifier, I have raised the issue on December 9th , till now ie,December 19th they have not solved the problem , when I call to customer care , they are saying i have ticked as high priority, but they have not solved the issue, and they are sending unprofessional people to repair it . Don't trust Atomberg product by seeing advertisement, reality is different

app does not work 80% of the time. it has a hard time connecting to the wifi or bluetooth. if at all it does, it doesn't operate with the buttons in the app. because of the said issues, automation doesn't work as programed. the fan itself has issues with loud starting noises and clattering if it runs for more than an hour. Fans don't do that; may be after 5 years of use. this is not even 5 months and it's hopeless. it was checked out by the technician n said it's normal. it's the worst.
