The smart lock experience is quite poor. If you are trying to see the past few records, it will start syncing if you are near the lock, even if you synced a few seconds ago! The sync is slow, low battery alarms are unreliable. It's just weird. Not enough product testing is performed by atomberg before launch. Never purchase anything from Atomberg that is in its first iteration. Happened to me with the grinder, and now the smart locks. Wait till iteration 2, always.

app works fine all the time. There are UI things that I wish they fix. The water purifier has no display to show how many litres of water is currently there in the tank. one needs to do the math. The amount of water purified is also not easy to find. it's hidden under some menu. in a regular filter this is not a problem. one look and it is easy to find out. the water filling animation is also a bit stupid. The font size is also an issue. there's some dumb graph to show ltrs filtered.

Very bad experience. I ordered three Studio+ Exhaust Fans online (prepaid order). Received Studio fans packed in Studio+ boxes (intended to cheat) Raised a ticket immediately on receipt of Wrong Product. They started ensuring response. Days passed by and only assurance without resolving the issue. They won't change the wrong product for right one and won't even pay the difference of price between the two. EXHAUSTED I stopped pursuing them, and found that ticket raised by me was shown "complete".
