Can you please fix biometrics for credit cards? I can't enroll my fingerprints. After entering password, it says account not found.

Lousy customer service not replying to me anymore. App forces me to login instead of biometrics because their stupid logic forces users to change their password. Supplementary card transaction history is blank. If i switch to a cc, the app logs me out. 🤷🤦

Their support is non existent. It is hard to get in touch with someone for their merchant or paymate products. They even require you to hold 25k to 50k just to use paymate! Lower your hold out for secured credit card to 10k only. Is your basic atm still has fee to access online and the app and is limited to 50k?
