Apps users beware!!! This company rips off its customers. 90% of the items are either broken, missing parts, and false advertised. They don't fully inspect the item at all. They charge $30 for a lame membership that gives you unlimited transfer but only 1 return a month unless you purchase a risk free insurance which ranges from $7 to $10 per item. And even though you see it what the pic shows. If the item looks nothing like the pic, you can't return unless you have insurance. No worth it!

Great, However, there's no real "how to" use it. I learned by trial & error. TIPS- ALWAYS click 3 lines at bottom right, then select "search by location" beware that some things WILL be damaged or missing parts. I always choose "like new" never "open box" but people I know have gotten great things open box, I'm just not that lucky! Customer service is wonderful. They fixed it when I was new & won an item 700 miles away from me! Lol! Most locations are clean & have helpful stuff...Most.

I'm addicted!! Love the variety, prices & ease of the app. There are however a couple things I would like to see done. I'd love more variety added to last chance deals or at least another section added where we can buy outright a better variety of items {The bidding sometimes gives me anxiety}. Also I can't use the autofill option for payment within the app, it only allows me to do it online. Lastly I'd love the option to see auctions by location like you can online.
