Ratings and reviews

As of the 4/30/24 update, suddenly, the app is no longer functioning. Help & support is incredibly difficult to reach and receive help from beyond "clear cache," which I have done several times. I have also tried uninstalling/ reinstalling, logging out, logging back in, removing all downloads from the device, and still nothing is functioning. Unable to download titles or play titles. As an avid listener who pays for premium, this is disheartening and aggravating.

I've been unable to use the app for nearly two weeks. Clearing the cache and uninstalling and restalling the app does not correct the issue. Tech support said they are "aware" & are "working" on it. 😡 Updated April 30: It appears that the latest app update has corrected the issue. I will wait a week or two to see if the fix sticks before removing the one star.

Usually I love this app. But it recently has become very buggy. Often won't show my bookmarks. Gets stuck at a single spot and if I pause and come back, it returns to the stuck spot. Deleted all my bookmarks and saved new. Still stuck if I pause or stop. I only use it on my phone so it's not an across devices issue. And it's not a single book. I've even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same issues. FIX THIS and I'll fix my review.
