Ratings and reviews

App does nothing. Downloaded logged in after the online dashboard said the app was updated and ready. Says logged in. Has my credentials. I have a blank screen with a home button and nothing more than the words recently viewed. There is a button that says VIN scanner that does nothing.

Buggy even with new update. Text alerts prompt pop up on browser to download app, even though I've already installed it. Leads not showing on app, but show sitting there when logged into desktop. Needs more work to not feel like a beta release.

I use this app for my job and more than most times I get scan successful, no results to show. I scan every car that comes into the dealership but our #'s do not reflect that so it looks like im not doing my job and its frustrating to be questioned my service manager and GM if im scanning or not when I am. Fix this app NOW! I feel you should implement a list showing a history of all cars scanned so I have proof that I am using this app that does not work.
