Our Sage provides access to quality virtual care from anywhere in Australia, delivered by real Australian-registered GPs and healthcare professionals every day from 7am to 11pm AEST, including weekends and public holidays.
Our Sage offers multiple telehealth appointment types to suit different needs, so you can speak to a GP over the phone about a range of different issues. And because our network of telehealth doctors are regular GPs, you can be sure you’re getting independent advice you can trust.
Available every day from 7am to 11pm AEST, medical certificates are available from $19 and telehealth consults from just $45. Book a consult for yourself or other people that you care for:
MEDICAL CERTIFICATES
Get a healthcare professional verified medical certificate from $19 without leaving home. Available for patients and caregivers. Medical certificates are available every day 7am-11pm AEST from anywhere in Australia.
1-2 Day Medical Certificates or Carer’s Certificates are available for $19 for work, study or childcare.
3-4 Medical Certificates are only available following a telehealth consult with a GP. TELEHEALTH CONSULTS Telehealth consults are available for everyone in Australia from just $45. There’s no need to make an appointment, simply join the queue for a telehealth consult any time between 7am and 11pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). If it’s urgent, choose our Priority Consult option and you will be placed at the top of the queue. MANAGE DEPENDANTS Consults can be organised for the primary account holder as well as any people that you provide care for including children, elderly parents and other dependants. Receive eScripts and healthcare documents for patients up to the age of 16. eSCRIPTS eScripts issued by your doctor will be stored in your eScript wallet. Show the eScript to the pharmacy to dispense on the spot or choose our ‘Order Online’ option. HEALTH DOCUMENTS Receive electronic copies of correspondence from your doctor including medical certificates, specialist referrals, and radiology and pathology reports. You will also receive notifications when test results have been returned to your referring GP, so you know when to organise a new telehealth consult to discuss your results. MANAGE YOUR INFO Keep all your contact information and Medicare card details, if available, up to date. Also manage the contact details of any other people that you care for.
