Can't pay my bill through this app. I keep getting an "Oops, something went wrong" error. I cleared the cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled - same issue. This has been going on for a while. I first had the problem on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, and now on the S25 Ultra as well. Even after replacing my S25 Ultra due to water damage, the issue still persists on the new device. The actual website works fine, so I've had to use that instead. I assume they abandoned this app.

Trash. Everytime I log in it's "we apologize some functionality is temporarily unavailable." Meanwhile I can't pay my bill online or through the app either for the same reasons. But oh, the one time payment works because of the convenience fee. Not UI inconveniencing their customers so that they're forced to pay a convenience fee. Do BETTER.

for a utility company, UI is surprisingly good both on the phone, the website in the app. normally other ones are terrible All the way around because, like the government/evil DMV, they have no competition. I am so grateful I don't have to use Eversore 😂 NOTE: if UI is reading this, the only suggestion I would make is that in the payment section don't automatically make it a specific number. allow it to show you that you can type in any amount.
