Ratings and reviews

This app would be improved if the Club Avanti offers were more visible and not off on some separate webpage. I have missed several offers because you have to go looking for them - or perhaps that's deliberate. It would help if the free drink code actually worked. If you have a ticket discount available why not automatically suggest using it when booking? I've seen this feature elsewhere so not impossible.

Works fine. Not amazing but I am willing to forgive a lot more considering they don't rip people off with fees and intrusive advertising like trainline does. I will immediately upgrade to 4* if the app starts remembering my railcard selection and I don't have to keep selecting it every single time I try and book a ticket.

App usually works well. Easy to book tickets. I was logged out once when trying to exit ticket barriers and couldn't access tickets via the app so had to get them off my email. Otherwise, the app has been fairly reliable. The Avanti app is much better than many other travel apps out there.
