I am writing to express my deep frustration with the DIB mobile app. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app successfully even once, despite numerous attempts and repeated complaints. Password Recovery Failure: I tried to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option. Every time I reached the final verification stage (after scanning my fingerprint), the app crashed. App Crashes: I have tried over 100 times to recover access, but the app crashes at the same point every time

This app needs to be improved in terms of ui and features as it doesn't have a option for applying for a debit credit card nor showing up if I have applied for the card and if so when I will get it plus enabling or disabling some feature just showing agree and something but not showing a option to disable the service I mistakenly enabled very difficult to transfer the money it only ask for ibn not give option of account number and when I add account to send money it's unable to find it

I tried signing up multiple times. When I reached the username and password screen, I entered a valid username and a valid password according to the specified validation rules. However, upon clicking submit, I received a password validation error: "Password must contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character." As a developer, I noticed that proper exception handling is missing. The issue seems to be something else, but the system showing wrong .
