Terrible app. No pending transaction. Purchase notification is not reliable and easily missed. Someone might use my card without my notice because the notification is not working all the time. The notification is easily missed because it's just a pop-up message. Capital One app is much much better. I feel uneasy to have this card because of this app. Also I just found the 3% back requires autopay sign up.

As a credit card holder, the app gets the job done, but is lacking in many different aspects compared to other credit card banking apps. Literally no way to see pending vs posted charges. The only alert/notification options are just one generic push notification. I register for biometrics, but a few days later it's like I never did, and then have to do two-factor authentication again. The webpage is no better since it literally mirrors the app functions. Looking forward to improvements.

They approved me when no one else would. Used the money to pay off high interest credit card debt. I chose the 10 year fixed rate payment plan - interest rates may rise but your payment won't. So far so good, everything is exactly as they said and I've had zero issues with the app. To top it off, I'm saving a huge amount of money every month verses the payments I previously had before getting the Aven loan. This is a stand up company that really helped me lower my bills. Highly recommended!
