This app blows It is idiotic that I can't buy multiple day passes on the mobile app, and have to use a computer. Second, axs, why don't use my $20 in fees to hire a decent app developer. Every time I use this pos app, it gets stuck when I have to use my Facebook profile. Then I have to use my computer because this app sucks.
Left Tickets at Home The customer service was excellent via the app and request submission process. I left my tickets at home and put in a electronic request for tickets and 12 minutes later I had my e-tickets. Thank you AXS.
It's nice to see the events coming up and it's easy to buy tickets but what's the point in having the app if my tickets don't show up where they're supposed to?
Couldn't complete transaction and event sold out. I was able to get seats and hold them in queue but never could complete the transaction and the event sold out.
Can't buy tickets without Facebook account To make it worse, the tool let's you choose the tickets and everything but at the moment of paying the only option is to log in to Facebook.
Broken I just want to go to a show. Now I have to spend my time troubleshooting this junk to get access to my tickets. Consistently does not work on multiple devices in my experience.
