This app is developed for Dhulikhel Hospital by Ayata Incorporation Pvt Ltd . in collaboration with Rutgers University, USA and will facilitate the patients to self-manage gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) by helping to increase the patient's knowledge and self-efficiency to adhere to the recommended diet and physical activity regimens while monitoring their daily glucose level in blood, blood pressure and weight records. This will in turn help clinicians by generating easily digestible visual infographics and statistics of the patient's data and their behaviors, which will aid in their clinical decision-making and counselling.
