You’ll have access to airport maps and see in real time how busy our lounges are at London Heathrow T5 to find a quieter place to unwind.

- Your calendar and email to help manage bookings

- Bluetooth and location for tracking features you enable

i genuinely don't understand how one of the world's largest airlines can have an app that doesn't function at all. I can't log in due to "connection" issues - it's not me lol, i was able to add both of my flights weeks ago but now they're not there, i was able to add one back but the other can't be found despite being added to my account in browser. this is genuinely embarrassing and honestly affects who i want to book through in this age of mobile boarding passes.

App seems to always need a connection. It doesn't seem to remember your bookings at all. Some days it seems like it makes me login every time I open the app. All the relevant information for a flight today is not displayed in one place and requires multiple clicks and waiting for pages to load (I.e. I can see departure time, but not boarding time). Bad UX, similar to their recent poor customer service; at least BA is consistent?

Worse than useless. It actively conspires to aggravate you. It is effectively a bookmark for BA's equally frustrating web page. Its latest feature is to log you out whenever you close the app. It is mind boggling that any company would develop a customer facing tool that actively works to alienate its customers. Don't bother installing it. Just go to the website.
