You’ll have access to airport maps and see in real time how busy our lounges are at London Heathrow T5 to find a quieter place to unwind.

- Your calendar and email to help manage bookings

i genuinely don't understand how one of the world's largest airlines can have an app that doesn't function at all. I can't log in due to "connection" issues - it's not me lol, i was able to add both of my flights weeks ago but now they're not there, i was able to add one back but the other can't be found despite being added to my account in browser. this is genuinely embarrassing and honestly affects who i want to book through in this age of mobile boarding passes.

App seems to always need a connection. It doesn't seem to remember your bookings at all. Some days it seems like it makes me login every time I open the app. All the relevant information for a flight today is not displayed in one place and requires multiple clicks and waiting for pages to load (I.e. I can see departure time, but not boarding time). Bad UX, similar to their recent poor customer service; at least BA is consistent?

Update: 1 yr later & still broken Very poorly developed. I have no faith that you can keep this app secured based on how bad you are handling 2FA. The app asks for your authenticator code but when you put it in, it takes you back to the log in screen and makes you go through login again in an infinite loop. Sometimes it succeeds but will eventually tell you "can't log in" and throw you out. Maybe don't hire outsource?? Pay a bit more and not embarrass your own product.
