The application is full of errors. There's no proper error handling. It never works and I receive strange kind of errors like "the header is incomplete", "longitude format is unvalid", etc It clearly shows that the application has been developed without proper testing and error handling. There's no way of retrying. Once error is received, only way would be to kill the app and open again.

Very pathetic. Tried for almost 50 times and still the process isnt completing. I am an expat and i needed this to work on urgent basis. Wasted time, energy and now frustrated to peak. Tried all the tried methods here in reviews,washing hands, daylight, different mobile ... everything possible until now. I have no clue what to do further.

Unbelievable piece of software! The Bank Al Habib Biometric Verification app is a complete disaster. Doesn't even open, let alone work as promised. How hard can it be to develop a functional app? Clearly, the developers have no idea what they're doing. @BankAlHabib, get your act together and fix this dump! Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. #BankAlHabib #BiometricFailure
