Third class app. Always gets stuck on otp even though every thing is filled properly whenever a cnic expiry updation is attempted. Really disappointed. OTP comes and comes very late when it gets expired. Time limit should be increased to 15 minutes for cnic update. ADC IT team really needs to work and sort out the issue. Also cnic is not getting updated through browser and showing an error.

The application is full of errors. There's no proper error handling. It never works and I receive strange kind of errors like "the header is incomplete", "longitude format is unvalid", etc It clearly shows that the application has been developed without proper testing and error handling. There's no way of retrying. Once error is received, only way would be to kill the app and open again.

Worst application. The biggest issue is that the developers don't seem to care about user reviews or feedback, as the app never improves. I'm trying to update my NIC details, but it keeps showing "Issuance Date is Incorrect" even though I'm entering the correct date. This issue persists every time, making the app frustrating and unreliable. Please fix this bug instead of ignoring user complaints.
