BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Bank Alhabib app and its customer service. The app fails to save my information, and even when I enter the correct details, it gets rejected. The 'Forgot Password' feature is particularly frustrating, as it locks my ID instead of helping me recover my account. The phone verification process is cumbersome, with unnecessary questions and requests for exact personal info. It's like they're intentionally making it hard to access my account.
