BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

my app was working fine, but yestwrday, it all of a sudden stopped accepting my login credentials. starts giving " invalod username or password error". such a disappointment. i called helpline last night 4 times, all.i was told that there is nothing wrong with back end, that i mist be entering my credentials qrong. but i have my credentials the same. i even changed my password. the password change was a success with succesfull biometric verification. but still when i try to login same error.

Very poor app experience. Transactions are extremely slow, fingerprint login takes forever with no visible loading indicator, and the app behaves inconsistently. Most of the time, a server error message appears when opening the app, preventing any further action. It shows transaction failures, but money still gets deducted. The app even gets stuck on the confirmation screen while transactions go through in the background. Completely unreliable and frustrating to use. Highly disappointing.
