Ratings and reviews

Had no problem with logging in but I do not like the new design of the app. would like to see all my accounts in one simple list. Too many steps to simply find your account transactions. They also got rid of the widget where you could quickly refresh to see your account balances without opening the app, very disappointing. I also don't like that there are ads now.

The UI for the new app is shockingly bad and a big step backwards. What's more shocking is that I had to request for my business account to be enrolled in online banking, in person at the bank because customer service didn't answer the phone and then wait 3 days locked out of my account until login instructions were provided. I was able to access my personal account without difficulty, but it is mind-boggling that they were unprepared with business account access. Disappointing.

the roll out of this app has been horrible. They really did not prepare customers for the change over. basically everything I was told is completely wrong. by the way don't bother calling for help. There's no help to be found there. I think I might just head in and pull my accounts. I Was considering moving to another institution anyway , and this is really just the push I need.
