I received items that triggered my eczema due to certain toppings, and when I explained this, the store refused to make any adjustment due to policy. As a result, I had to throw away a large portion of the food, which completely defeats the purpose of reducing waste. Customer support only repeats the same policy instead of addressing the issue. There needs to be a basic option for customers to indicate allergies or avoid certain ingredients. I am deeply disappointed in this app and their staff

Be careful when using this app. After placing an order, you may not even find the store when you go to collect it. Many of the shops seem fraudulent. Don’t be misled by discounts—you could end up losing your money. I placed an order from a sweet shop Lee Lee sweets (Order No. BA3412140), but when I went to the location, the store didn’t exist. I tried contacting Barakah support, but the response was too late, and I lost my order. Please be cautious ⚠️

It is a good app working in a favor of everyone involved customers, restaurants and developers. but if you can adjust the duration time for checking the shared photos on the community experience (it is very short), we can not even see what is the meal that has been shared. I think it is just an easy task for the developers. Thank you.
