It won't send OTP to allow you sign up. I have been weeks trying to sign in, reinstalled the app and the problem still exists. I contacted them through the app and the phone and they said the app is stuck plz keep trying!! no solutions at all.. very bad customer service and app.

not many choices available , sometimes none! shopkeepers get rude, it's better to buy full priced items if your choice rather than get shoved with force. The initiative is great, but the product is not fresh at times, especially L / M cakes[saadedin] they are given on the last day of expiry .

customer service has no authority to solve any issue, refund any amount or make any compensation that makes you as a customer feel that they care, many stores force you to take their choice although the app claims that they have more items in stock, and sometimes they even act rude, all they do is blame you and justify the actions of the merchants.
