The worst and always server down and some places like Dunkin they treat the people coming from this app in a bad way.... I would say the worst ever and I don't recommend any one to use it, still my last order money with them saying it's ongoing back for cancelled order within a week 😲...👎

I received items that triggered my eczema due to certain toppings, and when I explained this, the store refused to make any adjustment due to policy. As a result, I had to throw away a large portion of the food, which completely defeats the purpose of reducing waste. Customer support only repeats the same policy instead of addressing the issue. There needs to be a basic option for customers to indicate allergies or avoid certain ingredients. I am deeply disappointed in this app and their staff

Bad experience, items ordered are not available at the store while showing available on the APP, when complaining they did nothing saying it has passed 24hrs. So what? I still paid for nothing without any problems from my part.
