Ratings and reviews

This slow, buggy app has one of the worst search and browse interfaces that I have seen in all of e-commerce. Search is fuzzy by default with no way to enable an actual keyword search or search only sale items. Results are cluttered with items that are unavailable in-store or online, with no apparent way to remove them. Filtering, sorting, and viewing options are all very limited. Customer service via chat is rude & unprofessional and would rather end the chat than admit an error and apologize.

Might be the worst app I've ever used. Using this app feels like I'm stuck in 2005, but on dial-up. Not only is it incredibly slow, it's not intuitive at all. If I want to buy an entire book series, I have to manually search for every book, or search for the author and click on every book to add them, then go back to find the rest. If you're purchasing a book in a series, that book's page should offer the REST of the series. It also impossible to know the book order without googling it.

A lot of features don't work in the app, they seemed to be bugged such as adding to a wishlist. The app is also slow and sometimes doesn't load the book I'm looking to buy. -------------------------------------------------------Update: Went back to this app to try to buy books, but the app after a few months and it is still problematic and had to go to a competitor even though I didn't want to.
