Ratings and reviews

When I went to checkout on the app, another person's name, address, and payment information showed up. This must be someone else's account showing up while I'm signed in to my own. When I click on the edit link, then my information shows up. I'm not using the app to order anything, and I hope my account isn't charged for someone else's order

This app is so slow and buggy. I love Barnes & Noble in general but the app's functionality needs work. Regardless of how good my internet (wifi or mobile 5G) connection is, it takes 5 minutes, or longer, for a page to load, if it loads at all. It's just very frustrating to use as it is not user friendly, in the slightest. I just want to browse for books and the app makes it impossible.

After update, unable to access app. If the main page leads, click sign in, then nothing, just a blank screen. Have read the suggested ways to remedy this by B&N, but that's annoying to have to do all the time (pointless to have the app). This is constant after the update, to have to hard close, reboot, uninstall, etc.. that doesn't work, please fix. It's a major issue.
