Ratings and reviews

Nott a fan of the new layout at all. It's awkward to navigate through. so showing with things I will almost never use but the basics like reviewing past items to add to a new order, awkward and incomplete. I also see that the cart doesn't update and keep changes consistently. Items teams added to the cart earlier are not there or items I removed are still there. Of all the food shopping apps I've used the HT one was my least favorite. I was so excited about an update but it only got worse.

Slowly stopped working as they've made more updates. Now things don't get added to my list properly (often times says "product info not available") and I'll need to try multiple times to add it before it actually shows up. And recently, things will get checked off of my list by itself without me clicking on the box so I'll need to remake/redo my list over and over...

It saves my "shopping list" items in 2 separate places, either under the Weekly Grid View list or under the Shopping list. It's been very frustrating trying to use the app (list, coupons, cart) over the last few years. It used to be a 5-star app. Now, I have started shopping more at other stores unless HT is having a great sale, then I'll write my list on paper.
