Nott a fan of the new layout at all. It's awkward to navigate through. so showing with things I will almost never use but the basics like reviewing past items to add to a new order, awkward and incomplete. I also see that the cart doesn't update and keep changes consistently. Items teams added to the cart earlier are not there or items I removed are still there. Of all the food shopping apps I've used the HT one was my least favorite. I was so excited about an update but it only got worse.

Not working at all on Android since update. Works no problem on Windows and iOS devices. On Android, it just keeps asking you to sign in and then keeps flashing and won't go to the next page. Tried customer support, tried clearing cache, etc , reinstall app. Changing password and username. Same exact thing. Does not work on Android. Pop up blocker disabled no VPN.

Since the update it is very difficult to add items to the shopping list, which is the main feature I use. Items don't appear or the list shows "product information not available" for many items. I have to resort to a paper list to make sure I get everything. The mobile pay QR code is always hard to scan and check out employees blame it on the store's poor wifi. I use the app weekly but I'm always frustrated with it.
