7/31/24: The app keeps logging me out. I've logged back in, but I don't have time for this. THERE IS CLEARLY A BUG, PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!! I just had shoulder surgery, so I'm trying to clip my digital coupons to my account (because missing work I can definitely use SAVING money). I've been using the app weekly for a few months & this is the 1st issue I've had. I'd like to create a list or even place an order since I can't drive right now, but this is unnecessary & inconvenient!

I had nothing but trouble with this app. On my tablet I went all the way through an order after logging in, only to discover at the end my cart was somehow empty. Then I tried doing it on my phone and the app displayed an error page when I tried to log in. I had to use Instacart and rebuild my order from memory, which didn't go so well

When using the delivery option (which is Instacart in my area), shopping defaults to the SHOPPER'S choice of store rather than MY choice. I don't even get to see which store is being shopped until after delivery. That's often a pain because MY store generally has the items on my order, whereas other HT locations do not have my items.
