Ratings and reviews

Nott a fan of the new layout at all. It's awkward to navigate through. so showing with things I will almost never use but the basics like reviewing past items to add to a new order, awkward and incomplete. I also see that the cart doesn't update and keep changes consistently. Items teams added to the cart earlier are not there or items I removed are still there. Of all the food shopping apps I've used the HT one was my least favorite. I was so excited about an update but it only got worse.

Not working at all on Android since update. Works no problem on Windows and iOS devices. On Android, it just keeps asking you to sign in and then keeps flashing and won't go to the next page. Tried customer support, tried clearing cache, etc , reinstall app. Changing password and username. Same exact thing. Does not work on Android. Pop up blocker disabled no VPN.

Order Ahead Issues. I tried to order a whole sandwich like I use to in the order ahead section that organizes it by Sandwiches, pizza, and deli meats and cheese. Normally you choose a sandwich, it give options for bread, toppings, and options for toasting. Instead you just get options for thickness and weight. These are only applicable to the deli meats and cheeses. It's an issue you can edit even when you have it in the cart.
