Functionality and features are great. But it tends to logout by itself and requiring reauthorization, which can be confusing for elderlies and less tech inclined people, which are the majority of people. I don't understand why the app cannot save its own log in information. Poor usability. No wonder people are sticking to the old app. What's the point of an app if it cannot even maintain login information?

Logging in is difficult, especially if you log in using your fingerprint, which often doesn't match the placement of your finger so you get an error and you get blocked and you have to start from the beginning. If we are still abroad using a roaming SIM card, we cannot register again, very annoying. Sould be to give another chance to position your finger in a more appropriate way. DO NOT block it straight away when the fingerprint does not match

Cannot log in with biometrics. Please fix the bugs. I can use biometics on the other banking apps without any obstacles, but not with this one. Update: Each time biometrics doesn't work, need to clean cache and restart my phone to fix this problem.
