For me, the app stops working completely when I try to compare prices of prescriptions. Seems to work fine for everything, but when I choose to look at the cost of mediation, I get a white screen that does nothing. A blank white screen. I've confirmed that I have the latest version. I even submitted a ticket with the help desk on this platform. It was open for about a week and then closed without anything being done. Still have this app because it's necessary. It's garbage.

The worst. At set up I put in my biometric identifiers so that I would not have to remember my username and login every time. Every single time I go to log into the app, it scans my thumbprint, a green check mark pops up, and then it proceeds to take me to the website login page. What is the point of the app if I am going to have to go to the web page to log in every single time? I have had to reset my password and username multiple times. It's extremely frustrating.

The app itself seems nice, if it worked. It constantly crashes, it is slow as can be, you can't make payments because it crashes you can't look at your invoices because it crashes and it's been doing this for quite a while now. So in theory it's a wonderful app but in practice it might as well not even exist. Update almost a year later and it's still slow and now half the time doesn't even open to something that you can use. You have to close and reopen the app two or three times.
