When I've tried to open the app over the last few weeks, I've just been getting a spinning circle for ages until it times out. My phone is updated to date, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, cleared cache/data with no success. Now it's a continuous "unexpected technical error". The app was great back when it worked, even if the physician finder feature wasn't updated.

the amount of time I have had to reregister is ridiculous. I keep getting locked out. I don't understand why tech support can't reactivate the username. I am running out of user names that I can remember. please fix whatever is going on as this is such an inconvenience.

Don't want to rate low, because I know associates and companies work they Butts off to provide for their families, but I couldn't register at all to even use the app. I've seen alot of the most recent reviews are negative because its seems like the app is not even working so its something that probably needs to be checked out to see if the app is even working.
