Ratings and reviews

Truly horrendous. A glitch or bug at nearly every step of the registration process. I had to use a 3rd party app to screenshot things I needed screenshots of, because they're so weasely, they attempt to illegally block you from looking using your own phone. You can't order insurance cards because of an unknown bug they won't explain. You can't share them, because of a completely seperate app bug. If the sign up process is this trashy, I can't imagine how bad the coverage will be

Uninstalled. After having incredibly long loading times for the past year (2025), the app is no longer functional. Whether inputting your username and password or using biometrics to log in, it will always time out due to a "technical error," prompt you to tell it to retry, fail to log in again, and prompt you, once more, to retry. Don't bother downloading unless you enjoy hitting "retry" a lot and getting nowhere.

When I've tried to open the app over the last few weeks, I've just been getting a spinning circle for ages until it times out. My phone is updated to date, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, cleared cache/data with no success. Now it's a continuous "unexpected technical error". The app was great back when it worked, even if the physician finder feature wasn't updated.
