Card payments are fixed. The payment sheet could previously open and never
respond, leaving the screen on "Processing" without taking a payment.
Also in this release:
• Payments now time out cleanly instead of hanging, with a clear error
• The keyboard closes when you tap outside any field, including Charity Code
• Tap to Pay will not let you cancel mid-confirmation, which could drop a payment
• Faster, more reliable card reader connection
