First time using BILL, and it has been a disaster. After waiting nearly two months to be paid, the app offered an instant transfer, confirmed the payment was on the way in minutes, then failed and dumped it back to standard ACH. It repeatedly lost a saved payment method, trapped me in PIN and fingerprint loops, treated the same phone as a new device, and then acted like I had never created a PIN. This app is completely unreliable and has no business handling people’s income.

The WORST for getting paid for a job. Signed up for an account and compared to much easier ways to get paid. This one takes the cake on the amount of hoops you need to jump through just to get that. Forget about same day solution. You submit for a call and then you wait. If you are a brand new business don't use this. This is an unnecessary middle man stopping you from getting paid. This app made my business look bad because I couldn't get payment on time to order materials for the job.

Confusing, I accidentally marked paid once just trying to see what the hang up was, even though I hit cancel. no way to undo anything. had to be issued and hoping I don't get charged taxes in the future on pay I didn't get. Taking forever to get paid when everything else works a lot faster than this why use this. they hold onto your money just in hopes you'll pay extra to get it. I hate these apps but this might be the worst one I've ever had to suffer. (my temporary employer chose this not me.)
