The app was great up until about a week ago when I had to update it. Once it was updated, it messed up EVERYTHING. Nothing is working, and it's not syncing. I get notification by email about something, but when I go to the app, it's nowhere to be found. The customer service was great and quick to get in touch with, but the app needs to either go back to the old version or something...

Update: the latest (4/24) update was fantastic. I can do everything I need from the app directly, without having to login online! Bill worked just fine until the Jan 2024 update. Now I can not edit, create, or send invoices, which is what I use the app for exclusively. I can So go to my desktop computer and log in and it works, but the app is (was) easier, since I can use it to create and update invoices immediately in the moment instead of having to wait until I'm home. Please please fix it!

The latest early 2024 version of the app is a disaster. Even less useful than the previous version. Can't even display the history of reminders sent for invoices - has a space for it, but consistently 100% of the time on 100% of networks says unable to load. No way to send an invoice. No way to send a reminder. It's time to find a new service.
