First, Shopee terminated my account for no apparent reason. Then, ShopeePay started ringing my phone off the hook — and kept doing so for the next three months — over an account they themselves had terminated without explanation. It turned out to be over a single late payment of just a little over 100 baht, despite my history of purchases worth tens of thousands. There's such a thing as basic courtesy: making appointments and exchanging contact information before cold calling.

They offer good promotions for bill payments regularly. I used this app to pay my utility bills and received discounts from time to time when good deals were provided. Other apps don't offer this service.
