Shopee pay failed at the grocery line in Tops. Account balance was sufficient. It worked yesterday but failed to follow its own sequence correctly today after several attempts at the busy checkout. Tops supermarket tried to discourage me from using Shopee pay yesterday because they said agreement details on refunds are incongruous between the two companies and they wont honor a return, despite Tops being an official partner. Typical Thailand.
