System is broken. I have tried multiple times to purchase items that are eligible and the system will not accept it. The app itself is fine. but for me using this at a store like CVS or Walgreens unless it is healthy food or water just doesn't seem to work. And the customer service with the card they are good. my only issue is the system not working

Clearly the App is useless, it's frustrating it doesn't allow you to long in to your account. There is always a message stating wrong information has been entered. When you're able to login the scan takes forever or everything that is eligible states it's not eligible. They really need to work on improving the app, I'd give zero stars if I could.

The worst app I've ever used! Almost impossible to use. I click login and put in my info and it acts like its loading only to go back to the login screen repeatedly! If you get past this step it will send you a verification code BUT if you go to get the code and go back to put it in youre back to the login page again! Out of the few months Ive had it Ive been able to login a handful of times. I really hope they make changes. Reinstalling does nothing. It is absolutely the worst.
