System is broken. I have tried multiple times to purchase items that are eligible and the system will not accept it. The app itself is fine. but for me using this at a store like CVS or Walgreens unless it is healthy food or water just doesn't seem to work. And the customer service with the card they are good. my only issue is the system not working

This app USED to work, now it's just a white screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to many times for it to be a "phone issue" what's the point of continuing to offer this app if the page won't load, you can't log in and check your information and most importantly the in-store scanner is unavailable making it difficult to find items while shopping. Please fix this.

Clearly the App is useless, it's frustrating it doesn't allow you to long in to your account. There is always a message stating wrong information has been entered. When you're able to login the scan takes forever or everything that is eligible states it's not eligible. They really need to work on improving the app, I'd give zero stars if I could.
