When I first got Spendables, it was listed as a benefits card. Now it's listed as a debit card that Walmart no longer accepts..not for "healthy" food OR OTC items. I've been told that I can shop online through the app, but the prices through WellCare are nothing short of exorbitant. So what I've apparently got here is a useless spending account, with no way to access it. Thanks for nothing, WellCare!

Downloaded app filled out info then when it goes to open it said it failed to open because of web browser. Waited still the same. Called the number on back and they asked for first and last name then asked for my insurance number. I said no you can not have it then hung up. Had no trouble last year. Just not going to put up with this mess. Bye bye spendables.

So since I discovered all the changes with my benefits, I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, changed my password numerous times and I am still having issues specifically trying to log in each and every time it tells me yet again that my email and password doesn't match or is not in the system. Getting very tired of having to change my password again and again. I wish this would get fixed...
