This brand is fantastic. The fact it's all inclusive is amazing. I have several pieces from them, the color stays the shape has not diminished even after several years. love this brand. If you team is listening are your metal connectors and decorations hypoallergenic because I get a sizzle if not so I have learned over the years to coat every metal item with clear polish. 😉 I was just 🤔 if this is even necessary with your brand? I haven't risked testing it.

after paying 69 dollars a month they are charging tariffs and taxes, so although I am getting an outfit with my credits I am still coming out of the pocket 60+ dollars . This really makes the cost of the purchase not worth it. with the new program it's cheaper to just buy the clothes which ,costs a lot less than using your 69 dollar member credit. I'm canceling my membership after 3+ years.

I bought one item that I needed to exchange for a different size. Instructions say to do it through the app, but every time I tried the app crashed. I tried customer service too and was instructed to use the app. That is a bummer because I have an ill fitting piece I would otherwise LOVE which is part of a set.
