I've been having issues since the last update. My checking account not reflecting the correct updated information/amounts and the app barely ever has any connection. It just rotates around and around forever and then says the server is not working. It's been such a headache. Especially when I need to gain access to the app to make transfers when I'm in the middle of a transaction. Please rectify this issue!

The app is okay. However, I wish it would allow you to view checks for verification later on after deposit . I'm reconciling some old checks and have to call the support line in order to confirm which checks were deposited when. Also, you are limited to the number of checks you can deposit at one time if you're not a regular mobile deposit user. You have to wait 7 days, which wasn't an issue at my previous credit union.

It's slowly getting better. I'm glad they are trying to make improvements. 02/01/2020 Could not deposit check via cell phone (claiming optical vs. entered amount discrepancy). I tried 5 times without any success... then I used my old tablet which has an outdated camera and was able to submit it from...(lighting / positions were all the same)... weird
