This app is a scam. My experience with Bharat Matrimony has been very disappointing. Even after purchasing a subscription, they keep asking for additional payments for different features. On top of that, when you get a match, their agent calls and says they are managing the profile and asks for around ₹3000+ extra just to allow communication with the person. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. A user already paying for subscription should not be forced to pay again and again.

Again I am facing same problem . Totally waste of money on this app. When I have purchased the subscription then also it is saying me to take subscription to contact other person. When ever their agents call and they will say anything on call and when you purchase their subscription then they will say something else . They are only doing their sales . They don't care about customers problem. They will insist you take high subscription because in that company gets more profit.

very glitchy app.. you upload one pic n it automatically takes images from the gallery without consent. Automatically updates profile gallery even you didn't select that pic. Already updated family info but still shows incomplete. After reading the previous review I m uninstalling this app. I thought jeevansaathi has become too money savy so I wanted to try another app but now I feel jeevansaathi is better as it is not glitchy n the app works absolutely fine I won't mind paying there.
