I downloaded the app since I have the card and go often. However, I created an account, activated with email and then tried signing in and.... NOTHING. No profile was given, just asked me to sign in, log in, or continue as guest. I true several times to sign in and got the same results. As a guest, I can at least look over the menus.

Needs to have more features including a larger selection of items for pre-order and the option to redeem Free Drink Rewards from the app. Otherwise, ordering ahead is easy. One thing I find though is that a lot of times the stores don't get notified right away when an order is submitted which kind of defeats the whole purpose of it.

Well, it's much better than it used to be. But, I wish it would remember what I added to my cart and make it glaringly obvious (bold, contrasting colors, etc.) the store I have selected. If I close the app, both are forgotten. I'd rather it remember, but give me a big CLEAR button if I want to reset my choices.
