Well, it's much better than it used to be. But, I wish it would remember what I added to my cart and make it glaringly obvious (bold, contrasting colors, etc.) the store I have selected. If I close the app, both are forgotten. I'd rather it remember, but give me a big CLEAR button if I want to reset my choices.

This is the most basic app. It doesn't save anything you tell it to, it is physically incapable of saving the location you frequently order from, it deletes stuff from your cart if you exit the app for too long (5 minutes) and it always asks to save your name and number to your profile EVERY time you are about to place an order. This is one of the most lazy developed apps ive seen so far. Not to mention, it can't even save the drink you always get. It can't even save your card info

Since the update, they took away the "secret" menu and only have 36 latte options. I have tried to save my favorite drinks under the favorite section and they won't stay. There should be a comment section so you can specify if you want the coffee sauce as a garnish or in the drink. I absolutely hate the new version of this app. it needs to go back or have some serious adjustments. Some of the customization options don't even make sense. The baristas also hate it.
