The new update to the app has made ordering what should be a simple drink so unbelievably complicated!!! I will literally never be using the app to order a drink ever again as long as I live. Why do you have to scroll through hot drinks, iced drinks, and frozen drinks? That is literally so annoying and I wish there was just an option on the one drink to choose hot, iced, or frozen, how it used to be.

Will not be making any future orders with app. App has always crashed or timed out quickly when trying to place orders now recently when checking out was given an "oops something went wrong" message. Tried to place order a 2nd time- same thing happened. checked my bank and I had been charged for two orders. Called the store and they said they never received an order. Store told me this has been happening frequently and the money "should" be refunded automatically. Never did!

The newest version of the app is terrible. It doesn't allow for customization of drinks as well as the old app did. I used to be able to specify how much milk and sweetener I wanted in my coffee, now I can only select what kind of milk and sweetener, not the amount. The last time I ordered through the app the staff at the store only put one serving of skim milk and one of Truvia in my drink. I usually order 3 to 4 of each. My coffee didn't taste nearly as good as what I'm used to from Biggby.
