Every time I order a drink through the app that has sugar-free sauce it is made with regular sauce. Workers say that they can't see on their end that it says sugar-free, so I should write a note in the app. There is no note section for me to write a note to them telling them I want sugar-free. This app needs fixed or workers need education on the output format. It's a waste of money, time, and product. Also, I'm annoyed that I can't get what I want because the app has a glitch.

You can't minimize the app without the cart emptying. Doesn't save your store or card. No perks to using the app. Can't use coupons, local specials aren't available. The button to redeem your free drink doesn't work. You can favorite a drink, but it doesn't save your customizations. It's a major hassle. *newest update you can't customize how much creamer and you can only add 1 flavoring.

Hey Emily, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are working on addressing a lot of what you covered here and I'll continue to update you here as we role out solutions to these frustrations. By now, you should be able to favorite your drink and customizers, and more modifier customizations are to come!

Will not be making any future orders with app. App has always crashed or timed out quickly when trying to place orders now recently when checking out was given an "oops something went wrong" message. Tried to place order a 2nd time- same thing happened. checked my bank and I had been charged for two orders. Called the store and they said they never received an order. Store told me this has been happening frequently and the money "should" be refunded automatically. Never did!
