This rates the app, not the service. Guys, I can't even edit the payment methods on file unless I'm checking out. Your account screen only shows my current order and previous ones. Also, I've submitted photos several times but never see any points earned? Or what their value might be? Please don't create and launch a feature that you can't deliver on. Also your settings page is empty, just a place to start your order. I want to support a small, hometown business but you're making it hard.

LOL. Downloaded this because I just recently lost my car, a friend of mine mentioned it so I thought why not? Don't even bother, you only get a select few of restaurants to choose from, it doesn't give you the option of ordering drinks, and it doesn't give you the option of adding things to your meal or taking the things you're allergic to or don't like off. You do get a little "Special Request" area to fill out which the drivers completely ignore and get you whatever they feel like getting you.

great service! polite drivers! it takes about an hour to get your food but I think that's fantastic considering all the places the drivers go and they have to order your food wait for it and then bring it to you. the delivery time estimator on the app has been accurate everytime that I have ordered! I would definitely reccomend this service its especially awesome for people like me when I dont want to drag my infant out in the cold. i cant brag enough about my great experience!
