"Freedom", "Crypto", "Privacy" and similar slogans, but on the other hand using Play Integrity API to recognize and block GrapheneOS. How can it come along for you Bitwala? Cause for me it brings only one conclusion: your slogans are not sincere and simply just fake. Why is that? It's another question... If you ever consider unblocking GrapheneOS, I might consider trying Bitwala again maybe, but as for now, definitely goodbye.

I have been trying for the last 5 days to get my app identity verification. Sometimes it does not connects, some others it connects me to an agent but they cannot hear me although my network connection is excellent. 5 times i uninstalled and re installed the app. Still hanging. Wrote an email. Got the same message back: go theough the app. Giving up. Too bad.

Hi Hala, the verification is done by IDNow, a third party. They are experiencing high call volumes which has increased the waiting times to be connected to an agent. If you stay on the call, you will be connected with the next available agent. Your Bitwala Team

Tha app is unusable, preventing me to actually starting an acocunt. When I did the video verification the first time, everything seemed to be fine, the agent said it's done, goodbye. When the call was ended by him, the app immediately went back to "start video verification call", like nothing really happened. Okay, let's do that again. Nope, it says "already been completed" then goes back to the "start video button" and stuck in an infinite loop. Tow days later, it let me to do it again, so I spoke with another agent, did the same sh it with the ID tilting and stuff, then of course when she said goodbye, this pieace of cra p went back again to the "start video call" button, doing the same infinite loop with the "already completed" bullsh it. No email, no other notification, nothing at all. It looks like it is impossible to get verified because of the buggy app.
