This is probably the worst app I've used in my entire life. The app sometimes throws random "Error Occurred" messages. It's impossible to pay online through the app, get "Error Occurred" everytime. The items more often than not get random names, leaving you to guess the name of the burger just by looking at the pictures. Eventhough there is a menu to edit addresses you can't change them you have to make new ones. The joke of a tracker for your orders did not work once in two years using the app.

"An error ocurred" never happened in the history of apps as often as on this one. It's a pain to use it, from the language issues, to items that don't exist, to erros on every window you try open. I don't understand how a company so huge pays no effort to improve the app since it is the only way to order from BK itself. There was a time when one could order from the website at least. I have honestly been insisting on the app cause at least food is warm. But I'm giving up and moving to Uber eats.

Well, I do agree with some of the reviews, the language of the app is a bit off sometimes and there's no way to change it in-app. The order tracker doesn't work 100%, and I couldn't see the delivery like we've gotten used to in apps like Uber Eats. BUT. It does work and food got to me still hot, which sadly seldom happens to me in Uber Eats. Plus, it's cheaper. In the end, I'd still recommend it!
