Love this when it works. Pretty buggy though, crashes often. You also need a WiFi connection which is hopeless if you have no WiFi in the garage. Also if you use with your phone then make sure you don't nudge the phone or it logs you out and you lose the without. In summary a big bit good with a large bit of frustration!
IF (and that is a big IF) you can get the app to work, then it is great. But 7/10 times this app is problematic loading. Most commonly logging in fails a few times (with the right credentials) then succeeds - might take 10 minutes. At the worst, reinstalling the app and restarting device and trainer are needed, all taking away from valuable training time. Frankly, this app is great at getting me OUT on my bike, avoiding the indoor trainer. I wish I had not bought it and would not recommend to anyone on the basis of the poor software (hardware is excellent).
Tried to connect it with strava... Didn't work LE: 2 days later it worked Tried to upgrade to premium.. they created a duplicate subscription.. Tried to cancel them, they still appear and no confirmation they were canceled I've deleted my card.. let's see There is no live support?? Tried to chat with someone... no success...
Could not sign in...tried doing it from website but profile info does not transfer over. Currently a garbage app for Android.
So i downloaded app. Registered my account, and it wont allow me to set my personal profile. And I can't skip the profile to experience the app.
Takes too long messing about logging in.
