I woke up the morning after night 2 to a notification about how the study was interrupted with no elaboration as to what happened. The app has zero way to see what went wrong and spitefully dropped all data it would have collected beforehand rather than doing the obvious and sensible thing of at least saving what it could, and at 25% battery with the ring there's no way another night is possible.

Absolute trash. I can't believe doctors use this. The app closed on me two nights in a row. when I launched it the second night it had the nerve to tell me it was because of power. I plug my phone in every night. Each night I only had two apps open. My alarm app and this app. The second night I was extra careful and it still closed. I'm pretty sure it's a scam to get the late fees.

The app itself appears to work normally. However: 1. Once you log into the app, it only allows you to connect a device to it and start/end a sleep test and transmit report data, in that order. No other options, so the instructions regarding it are out of date. 2. The ring I used with it wasn't consistently detected by the app on startup. (Might be more of a device issue.) Once it was, though, it did apparently stay connected to it (unless it slips off your finger overnight, which it did once).
