Bnft has everything you need to manage your EBT benefits securely and simply. As a SNAP and/or WIC cardholder who has Bnft you can:

Bnft allows you to securely manage your benefits at the touch of a button. Easily register with your account information. If you have already registered to mybnft.com then you are all set and ready to go. Simply use your existing username and password to sign in.

REAL-TIME, AVAILABLE BALANCE
You will have access to check your benefit balance. Bnft will also send you notifications when a deposit is posted to your account and when you are expected to receive your next deposit.

CARD AND PIN UPDATES
Is your card lost, stolen, or damaged? Bnft has you covered as you can update your card status and order a new replacement card all within the app.

SCAN IT!
For WIC cardholders, Bnft allows you to scan a food item to determine not only is the item a WIC approved product, it will tell you if you have benefits to purchase the product.

FEATURE PRODUCTS
As a WIC cardholder you will have access to view feature products at stores within your location based on your current benefits.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Bnft will send notifications for card status changes, deposit notifications, expected deposit dates, low balance or expiring benefits, and when your PIN is locked due to consecutive incorrect attempts.

I've never gotten so frustrated while using an app in my life. it won't remember your login, it sends a verification code after every login, and it automatically logs you out after just a few moments of inactivity so expect to go through the login process several times while shopping. on top of it all the UPC scanner is highly unreliable and difficult to get a good scan and even if you do it won't tell you how many you're allowed so you still have to go back to check. overall a horrible app.

1/2024 Since the newest update the app doesn't work, can log in on app or website, can't reset password, doesn't let put in a phone number, tried on different phones, try reinstalling and even re enrollment but my card is stored with existing account. So it's useless, seems to be a repeating complaint. 3/2026 The scanner feature no longer works!

After the recent update, it's become more difficult to handle grocery trips with my two kids, as I'm constantly having to log back in to the app and wait for the code, I've had products that were covered for the past couple years suddenly showing up as no longer covered, and now I literally can't even log in. I've tried for a few days now, deleted the cache, restarted my phone, reset my password and NOTHING is working, so I can't even check what I have available
