Tried to log into this new site after my old site said they were changing to this one. All I get is the swirling circle. it never stops or goes to a new screen. UPDATE: 4/27/26 I'm now able to get into my account. I did set up fingerprint login but why doesn't it come up instead of the password screen?

My Healthcare pro ider said use this new app instead of the old one. So far, I can't get it to work. I get to a certain point, and it will not load. All I see is the little circle going round and around.

this is the worst app I have ever experienced in trying to gather healthcare information rewards balancing this is ridiculous, I would not recommend this app to anyone my experience has just been awful trying to download user ID and password for the last week and a half ☹️
