I just downloaded this terrible app 7/3/26 and it won't even open!.. press to open the app and it blinks right back off I will be talking with my insurance company, if you don't find another app I'll find another insurance company.

this 'new and improved experience' is worse than the first which was horrible. It doesn't load, a waste of time and just might prompt me to change my insurance plan. In this age of internet and apps one would think a profitable company would have a working app.

required 2 part verification does not work. app closes before code is sent, if sent at all. calls also shut the app down. useless phone app
