If It was possible to give this app "Zero star", that's what I would give it. A complete waste of your time and effort. You cannot access your account on this app. The screen is lost whenever you try to retrieve the verification code that they send to your text. HB is unable to help. They do not know how to fix it.

App won't open...keeps crashing, this is junk! I can't access anything and I've been trying for a week...junk Please fix this piece of junk...I've been trying for several weeks to use this, does nothing but crash every time I sign in

I just downloaded this terrible app 7/3/26 and it won't even open!.. press to open the app and it blinks right back off I will be talking with my insurance company, if you don't find another app I'll find another insurance company.
