It's a great app. i like how the ecosystem is. But the app most of the time doesn't work properly. at launch, it always shows an error. then when a transaction is done, it shows 'successful', but it was never done. Definitely requires some major improvements. until that I'm unsatisfied!

there's been a few issues lately with this app. I reloaded my phone and the alert says the amount is deducted and on the other hand on the app the amount was never deducted?! I really like this app, it's really useful! please deal with this issue.

Another worse app from BOC. You need to give all your data multiple time. the app is performing like a memory loss patient. it's irritating the users. App Development Team, please check out this issue. the app is working fine for 7 to 10 days once I open and give all my photograph and details. after some days again its asking from the beginning.
