Imagine you want to setup an automatic mobile bill payment to an exact date of every month. You can't do it with this app. App requires a time period from us. But app doesn't allow to select starting date and the end date from two different months. When you select the end date on another month then starting date erases. There is no point of setting up a recurring payments for a period of single month. That period has to be years.

BOC Flex App is a very easy-to-use mobile banking app. The interface is simple and clear, making it convenient to complete transactions quickly. Features like money transfers and bill payments work smoothly. It’s reliable for daily use and provides a good overall banking experience.

Not aa user friendly, difficult to find the option that we need, no sequences, unwanted icons are visible, so screen covers with logos or icons, very difficult again it's a worst app, not fix bugs, sudden stuck,
