It was working fine till very recently and now it says it cannot verify the account for my Electricity bill payment which was a saved biller in my Felx app and also I had paid several bills using the app for the same account earlier. This also happened with a Mobile reload which I used to do earlier through the app without an issue. Please see to this and correct it at the earliest possible.

Its not the worst but It always gives me heart attacks .The bank sends me they message saying the deducted money but sometimes it doesnt show up on the app nor the transaction happened , This happens mostly when Im reloading my connection, please check it . Because Im afraid if I do the transaction again it will cost me more .And also If you could add a transaction canceling option for least phone billers upto few seconds itll be better cause I have faced issues , going my money to wrong numbers

Login issue after recent update I’ve been using the BOC mobile app for a long time without any issues. But after the most recent update, I’m completely unable to log in. The app either crashes or says "login failed" even with correct credentials. Tried reinstalling but still the same. Please release a bug fix soon because I can't access my account.
