The BOC Flex app is incredibly sluggish and frustrating to use. To make matters worse, there is a ridiculous restriction that prevents you from making payments of more than LKR 50,000 to other bank credit cards. When you call the customer care centre to sort it out, their brilliant solution is to tell you to visit a branch physically. What is the point of having a digital banking app if I still have to waste my time standing in line at a branch for a basic transaction?

Worst banking app ever! Not recomending to anyone. Faced a huge humiliation yesterday at Keells as I could not do a quick fund transfer to my commercial bank account. B app was more user friendly and simple to use than this good for nothing app.unfortunately my salary comes to BOC. Going to change that too. No need learn the things hard way when it comes to interner banking. An app should be simple and easy to use for all the users in the same manner regardless their age, eye sight, tech wise.

Subject: Authentication Issue on PC Sign-In Message: The app functions properly on my mobile phone. However, when I attempt to sign in on my PC, it prompts me to authenticate through the app. I do receive the notification on my phone, but the issue is that there is no option within that message to complete the authentication. Kindly look into this matter at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
