Worst technology deployment of a major bank. I have been given the run around for 1.5 years as they keep saying all my existing bill payer / transfer setup data will be migrated to Flex. But so far NOTHING !!! The IT group is just so incompetent and has no clue. I have to rethink seriously about investing large sum of money with BoC and move it. There is NO migrate option on the app for me. There's no point repeating it.

Every time I open the app, it asks me to set flex as the default NFC payment application. But i don't want to. There's no option to reject it. Because of that, that message popups twice when log in to the app (before and after authentication). It's very annoying.

After the incredibly bad experience of the previous BOC app, this application had addressed all the issues that we faced. The UI is intuitive, UX is great, allows biometric access and more. My only issue is, every time I try to open this app, it's asking me to set it as the default application for NFC payments. One notification inside the app is fine but it always asks twice. No, I don't want to set this as the default! Please try to fix these annoying popups. Thank you.
