Why only BOC cannot provide reliable online banking experience to clients? I used this new version without any delay only few days. After that this one became the worst app I had. Why this one take more and more time after we confirm the biometrics to log in? Why there is very long response time taken after we try to make action? What kind of a protection you are using to protect our money in your bank?

Very Disappointed and Concerned!* The BOC Flex app is extremely unreliable and risky. I attempted a fund transfer, but the money was *deducted from my account without being received* on the other end. This is very dangerous for users, especially when dealing with urgent or large transactions. The app needs serious improvements in reliability, real-time updates, and customer support response.

How to see the deposited transactions to BOC Account from the app? 100% better than the BOC App. Future updates should not slow the app. Better if have SMS Authentication when logging to the App. It is there when adding new payees or cards, but not when logging to the app. Thank you
