Seit Jahren buche ich über Booking, rund 20-40 Übernachtungen im Jahr. Die App funktioniert gut. Sie ist übersichtlich. Zwei Sterne dafür. Widhtige Infos werden nur sehr klein geschrieben. Bei einem Problem kriegst du von Booking nicht mal eine Antwort. Die Zimmer sind teurer als direkt gebucht, dies auch mit top Status. Kein Kundendienst. Dafür gibt es 3 Stern weniger.

An sich ist die App gut, aber schon 2x hat die Stornierungsfunktion einzelner Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Wegen dieses technischen Fehlers konnte ich booking nur via Nachricht über die Stornierung informieren. Fristgerecht wohlgemerk. Der Kundenservice ist unter aller Sau. Am nächsten Tag kam die Rückmeldung, ich wäre nicht mehr in der Stornierungsfrist. Anstatt den Fehler zu beheben und vor allem mir das Geld zu erstatten, warte ich nach wie vor auf eine Rückmeldung. Unprofessionell!

Ich buche schon seit Jahren über die App. Oft kurzfristig auf Radreisen hat uns die App schon gute Dienste geleistet. Bisher auch meistens problemlos. Leider funktioniert derzeit die Filterfunktion nicht. Habe die App schon deinstalliert und neu installiert, leider immernoch fehlerhaft. Hoffe, es klappt bald wieder...
