Ratings and reviews

Very clumsy UI and UX make it feel bad to navigate the maps, or going back and forth to the list view. The inbox always shows messages in the wrong order (at least on Android), they're either sorted alphabetically or by the least recent. More often than not the mobile n genius discounts seem like a bait, I was recently able to book the same property on trip[.]com as a non-logged-in user for half the price. Also good luck when dealing with refunds and fake properties!

Great app for booking accommodations and activities. Sometimes, it has small bugs, such as when you select one hotel on the map and then select another one, the state is not updated. Suggestion: Add a filter for the number of reviews. I wish I had had it for all my bookings!

I was using this app for 5 years and I'm going to stop now and find some other. App is decent all until you get in real problems with scam places (hotels) like I did in Istanbul, but Booking is also getting money from them so you will never get your money back, even after sending tens of emails to Customer Service with evidence and calls to their support where you are going to lose more money on calls than "gift" which Booking will give you. Also ratings on Booking app is far from true picture..
